“Understanding water and its interaction with urban areas through modeling & simulation"

OUR VISION

At Tennessee Tech's Water Resources Modeling & Simulation research group, our broad research focus aims "at understanding the complex interplay water resources has with climate, urbanization, energy development and how in turn affects the sustainability and resilience of communities"​.

 

To achieve this long term goal, we pursue research in the following areas in general:

  • Watershed Analysis

OUR TEAM

TechWARMS consists of a mix of graduate and undergraduate researchers who are pursuing degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Tennessee Tech University.

 

Dr. Alfred Kalyanapu is TechWARMS team leader. He is also a Professor in Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at TTU.
